1. When operating the handle for cutting, apply force evenly and steadily. Avoid excessive force to avoid overloading and cracking the abrasive cutting disc.
2. The operating box or switch must be intact and grounded.
3. The protective covers of the transmission and grinding wheel must be secure and capable of blocking flying fragments from the grinding wheel. The end baffles must be securely attached to the cover and must not be removed during operation.
4. The lever shaft must be intact and rotate smoothly and reliably. After assembly with the lever, lock it with a nut.
5. Check that the clamping device of the abrasive cutting machine is flexible and secure, and that the handwheel, screw, nut, etc. are intact.
6. The support wheel must be complete, intact, securely mounted, and rotate smoothly. It must be placed in a balanced and reliable manner, and there must be no noticeable vibration during operation.
7. When replacing the abrasive cutting disc, always disconnect the power supply. Newly installed abrasive cutting discs must meet the equipment requirements.
8. When using an abrasive cutter, ensure the grinding wheel rotates away from nearby personnel as much as possible to avoid accidental injury.
9. After replacing the abrasive cutter blade, test run the machine to check for noticeable vibration. Ensure normal operation before use.
10. The lever of the abrasive cutter must be strong and rigid enough to allow the grinding wheel to be lifted freely after all parts are installed.
