The speed of the grinding wheel shall not exceed the specified safe working line.
Do not use the end face grinding wheel specifically for work, please do not use the end face of the grinding wheel for work.
When grinding a workpiece with a grinding wheel, please do not use a lever to push the workpiece and increase the pressure on the grinding wheel.
Special dressing tools should be used for dressing grinding wheels. When dressing, operators must wear protective glasses.
During the grinding process, the correct choice of coolant should be made; If coolant is not used, a dust proof device must be installed.
Each resin grinding wheel is marked with the maximum and linear speed. The machine speed must be confirmed first. Before installation, the machine should not exceed the wheel speed to ensure that the machine has intact protective devices. The grinding wheel hole must match the wheel center shaft, so it cannot be used.
The flanges on both sides of the resin grinding wheel must have the same shape and size. The flange diameter should meet the requirements, and there should be grooves on both sides.
Installation and fixation must be easy and moderate. After the machine is installed, start the machine for about one minute and use it only after there are no abnormalities.
Whenever used for grinding and use, the pressure should be consistent. When adjusting and rotating the wheel, it is strictly prohibited to collide violently with the workpiece. When the feed speed is slow, the contact surface between the grinding wheel and the workpiece should be reduced when cutting large diameter workpieces.
