Usage:
1. Choose the appropriate product
Select the corresponding product based on different processing materials and processes. Generally speaking, the finer the particle size of the product, the more suitable it is for polishing, repair processing, and surface finishing; The coarser the particle size, the more suitable it is for rough turning and edge trimming.
2. Install the product
Place the product on the grinding wheel and secure it through quick chucks, screw holes, and other means. When fixing, it is necessary to pay attention to the consistent rotation of the product and the grinding wheel disc to prevent the product from loosening or flying out.
3. Adjust processing parameters
Reasonably adjust processing parameters such as rotational speed and feed rate based on the processing materials, shape and size of the processed parts, and process requirements. Pay attention to avoiding excessive grinding and collision with sharp cutting tools to avoid rapid wear and breakage of the product.
4. Processing operations
When processing, the workpiece should be firmly clamped and kept stable to avoid affecting the processing quality due to vibrations and instability generated during the processing. During processing, appropriate levelness and verticality should be maintained to avoid defects such as edges, deep redness, and wire cutting.
5. Stop processing
After the processing is completed, the processing parameters should be lowered first before stopping the rotation of the product. Be careful not to touch the product directly with your hands or other tools to avoid injury and damage to the product.
