1. Before installing the cutting wheel, please check carefully to confirm whether the cutting wheel has deformation, cracks, or chipping.
2. When the flange is too small or the precision is poor, the cutting wheel is easily damaged. Please use it after improvement.
3. When the cutting wheel is marked with a rotation direction, it must be consistent with the rotation direction of the machine tool. Otherwise, the cutting is not sharp and it is difficult to exert the performance of the cutting wheel.
4. If a cutting wheel that does not match the workpiece is used, abnormal wear, poor sharpness, abnormal heating, etc. are prone to occur.
5. If an abnormality is found during the cutting process, the machine should be stopped immediately.
6. When the cutting is not sharp, the grinding wheel should be trimmed and sharpened. If it continues to be used, it will overheat and overload and cause the grinding wheel to break.
7. When the grinding wheel is rotating, it is strictly forbidden to cut with your hands, and you must not touch the grinding wheel with your hands or body.
8. The cutting wheel is strictly prohibited from being used for operations other than grooving or cutting to avoid abnormalities due to uneven force.
